Its my concept painting for a fish I called, Platyfish. I am now building him in 3D, and I started the mesh today. I began with ZSpheres and then converted it to a mesh and have been building up his forms. Here's my progress after a handful of hours.
I'm gonna have to re-topologize him next and add in his back/spinal fins before I add any more detail...
