Plug Robot...

Little Hero, Big Bus...

This is the companion piece to the earlier "Big Throw" piece. Think of it as two small spot illustrations on opposite sides of a two page spread. When Printed they'll be black and white but I like to get some color into my posts...

Awww... Why Not...

Decided to throw the penciled rough up too. Nice comparison...

Big Throw...

First pass on a 2 piece illustration for a freelance gig, the other half has what was thrown and at who it was thrown. Hopefully I'll get that done soon...

Quick Hulk Sculpt...

This one took about a days time and I plan on doing another Hulk sculpt with a better mesh as this one began as just a simple sphere. So the polys aren't very pretty if I was to try to do anything more with it. It was fun though and I can't say enough about how easy it is to jump right into ZBrush 3 and just start sculpting and painting...

I have another monster to tighten up and I'll do that tomorrow and post it when its done...

Another Monster Sculpt...

This one is a "Gonzo" looking monster I sculpted, took about a day to create him.

New Sculpts...

Well I'm finally done with my block of traveling, during which I went to Los Angeles, Seattle and Montrose, Colorado plus a bunch of points in between. A million thanks to all my awesome friends and family who put me up and put up with me. While I was in Colorado I got a trial version of ZBrush 3 and had a lot of fun with it. Here are some examples...

This first one was a quick sculpt and texture paint all done in ZBrush 3, all in all about a days worth of time went into it. There are so many cool features that I highly recommend getting a trial and taking it for a spin. I'm definitely gonna purchase a copy in the next day or so as they just updated it to 3.1 and are offering a price break thru this month.
